ACADEMY

The principal of the School of Arts in Metz (Ecole Superieure d'art Metz Metropole) Christian Debize visited the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cetinje from 9 June to 11 june. The reason for his arrival has been to establish the cooperation between the two schools. During his stay, it has been agreed that several French students come to and stay in Cetinje, and to organize an exhibition in cooperation with our students, which should be open 15 October 2009. It has also been planned to organize an exhibition in France during the next school year. His visit marked the beginning of the cooperation between the two institutions.

This project, launched with great passion by an Italian artist and colleague Gaetano Grilo, has gathered the students from the Albertina Academy in Torino and students from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cetinje, which is nowadays a part of the independent Montenegro.
